Each plan has an estimated delivery time based on the features and structure defined in its description. These times are approximate and are calculated considering the standard scope of the plan.

If additional features, advanced integrations, or special characteristics are added, the development time may increase depending on the complexity of the project.

Factors such as the speed of delivery of texts and images by the client, adjustments agreed upon during development, or changes approved by both parties during the process may also influence delivery times. The final delivery time is always defined and confirmed in the work contract.

Yes. At the start of the project, a detailed work contract is signed, setting out the conditions, characteristics, functions of the site, and scope of the service. Likewise, we include basic maintenance and technical support during the first year. This covers technical and security updates. During the trial period after delivery, changes and adjustments can be made at no additional cost, especially if they are related to usability or corrections.

After the first yar you can pay a low annual maintenance fee that also includes hosting and domain.

Yes. We give you access to WordPress administration so you can add or edit texts, products, articles, or projects. In most plans, access is limited to ensure design stability. In the Business plan, you have greater control, including access to server files.

For all our plans, payments are made 50% upon signing the contract and 50% upon delivery.

Yes, we include a domain (.com) and free hosting for the first year. At the end of this period, we offer you the option to renew them along with maintenance for an affordable annual fee. If you decide not to continue, you can manage the domain and hosting on your own.

Yes. You can request customization not only in the visual design, but also in the structure of the site, its features, and its functionalities.

Yes. We offer online store plans that include a shopping cart, order management, and connection to payment gateways.

Yes, we apply settings and best practices recommended by Google so that your site ranks well in tools such as Lighthouse. This includes speed, security, and basic content optimization. However, positioning also depends on ongoing activity and the posts you make on your site.

Yes. The SSL certificate and basic security settings are included in the annual hosting, domain, and maintenance service we offer, ensuring that your site is secure, reliable, and stable.

We optimize images, configure the cache, and use high-capacity servers to ensure that your site loads quickly and provides a good user experience.

We include basic maintenance during the first year. After that, you can choose to renew the maintenance, hosting, and domain service for an affordable annual fee. 

The basic maintenance include security certificates, updates, and support. But it doesn’t include content or design changes.

The client must provide the text and images to be used on the site. However, we offer advice on formats, sizes, and style so that the content best suits the design.

If you need us to provide stock images, or AI generated images, this may have extra cost.

Yes, from the first meeting you have access to the WordPress administrator to view progress and upload material. In addition, we show you the progress at each review so that you are always up to date.

In the initial request, you can ask for additional features or advanced integrations that are not included in the pre-designed plan. These are added to the contract from the outset, with the corresponding extra cost.

After signing the contract, you can also request new features or additional changes. In this case, they are considered separate additional jobs that have their own conditions and costs, outside the initial contract.
