Return Policy<\/b><\/h2>\n

Deadline<\/span><\/p>\n

We have a 10-day return period, starting from the date the product is officially delivered to the respective customer. You must notify us of the return before the 10 days are up by sending an email to admin@digitaldocks.org<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conditions<\/span><\/p>\n

To be eligible for a refund, one of the following conditions must be met:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Breach of any of the terms of the contract by Digital Docks.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Failure by Digital Docks, of any requirement clearly and explicitly requested by the client within the deadline and through any of the channels defined for it. These are: scheduled meetings, the web design form, and in exceptional cases, by email; within the period of design and construction of the site.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the following situation, partial reimbursements can be guaranteed:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Partial or total, permanent damage, for reasons intrinsic to the design and construction service of the site, once it has been officially handed over.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you wish to return any of our products, you can do so in the following ways:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Request the return by e-mail, within the established deadline.<\/span><\/p>\n

Procedure<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Money refund (only applies to cases of warranty and law of withdrawal):\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    – By wire transfer (savings or checking account): this is done approximately within ten business days of Digital Docks’ approval of the return.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    – Product exchange. Exchanges can only be made for products with equal or lesser value than the original and the difference, if applicable, will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. In case of not having availability for the change, the value of the product(s) will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

    – Coupon to make a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Product exchange. Changes can only be made for products with equal or lesser value than the original and the difference if applicable, will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. In case of not having availability for the change, the value of the product(s) will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Coupon to make a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Product conditions<\/span><\/p>\n

        The product must not present any change in design or content, either visual or functional.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Products that apply<\/span><\/p>\n

        All products developed by Digital Docks that are not downloadable.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Any product not developed by Digital Docks and\/or that is partially or wholly downloadable is not eligible.<\/p>\n

        Response time<\/span><\/p>\n

        Refund: Depending on the payment method you used for your purchase, the refund will be made via wire transfer within 10 days after Digital Docks notifies you that the refund has been approved.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Commission costs<\/span><\/p>\n

        The refund does not include transaction fees. In this regard, the refund may be affected by up to 10% of the initial payment. Details will be provided with the refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Law<\/b><\/h2>\n

        For the interpretation and performance of these Terms and Conditions, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Mexico, United States of America, and expressly waive any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
